SHIPPING INFORMATION: All in stock items (FOR T-SHIRT ORDERS PLEASE REFER TO NEXT PARAGRAPH) will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. If your item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within the 5 business days at the time you place your order we will notify you.

T-SHIRT ORDERS: Will be SHIPPED in 3 to 5 business days (NOT RECEIVED). SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS.

What if there are any shirts on back-order? If there are any T-shirts from your order that cannot be shipped with your order, you will be charged for what ships and your backorder canceled. We are doing this because it may take The Mountain over 6 months to reprint some designs.

SHIPPING COST: The shipping cost starts at $4.90 (US Orders Only!)and then goes up by the weight of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY: US orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail.

International orders will be shipped USPS Air Mail. This may take 1 to 4 weeks.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must have a return authorization number, please e-mail us to obtain your number. depanda@charter.net

All return numbers must be e-mailed, they will not be given over the phone.

All unauthorized returns will be refused!

Any item may be returned for any reason within 365 days of receipt of your order, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Shipping charges are non refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

If you paid for your order by Check or Money Order your refund will be paid though paypal.com.
